My vehicle had an electrical issue. I didn’t have an appointment, but I was worried about being stranded, so I drove to Merced Chevrolet. I was met by a friendly, professional individual who saw to my vehicle immediately.

Solid Team! from Yvonne/ Yvette or however you spell/ say it (Sorry but I’m sure you get it), Can’t remember her name but was new, birth stone was amethyst or sapphire (I am pretty sure its amethyst but don’t quote me on that), anywho stunning turquoise earrings btw don’t loose‘em! And who can forget Efren and his crazy tablet desk?! Dude was one of the best finance guys I met. Super knowledgeable! All-in-all this location was simply amazing! fantastic price fantastic service! However they did make me drive 3hrs in rush hour from the SF Bay Area to Merced, worth the drive, but hey that’s my fault I should have called y’all 1st!! (So I own that) no dealer came remotely close to pricing, service, and transparency (save your time call Merced Chevrolet) I would recommend my own mother to this team they are that good! BOLO! (Although I didn’t get the ringing of the bell treatment in the showroom) They will put a BIG bow on your new car, they will take a pic of you with it, they will post it on their FB page, they will make you feel like family!!! P.S. I would like a copy of that FB pic BTW so people believe that I’m real! Or a “#/@” at least! Keep it real Merced team, I look forward buying my next Chevy from you but for now it’s a Sandlot ending. Happy 4th!!

My 2014 Chev Cruz was needing an oil change. I contacted my good friend Gio Cowie at Merced Chevrolet and set up an appointment. When the vernicle was serviced Gio said there was a concern that I needed to be aware of. The engine had a leak. We set up appointment to be repaired. I was happy to have the vehicle repaired. Gio Cowie took care of my car and me during this appointment. I appreciated his advice and on this matter.

Gio was great at listening to my chevy Colorado repair issues. Breaks, rotor and engine light on.

Called in talked to Mike and told him what I was wanting. Drove an hour and when I was pulling in Josh was lining up the car I was looking for.

I don't know if it's a new procedure, but they didn't put the sticker on the windshield informing about the next service and I noticed that after rotating the wheels, no configuration was done and now the car is showing the tire pressure inverted on the dashboard.

It a simple oil change it took 1:45 hours . But I was told 5 guys were out sick. Was disappointed that no one took time to refill coffee station a donuts were not offered to us as we set there! A few were friendly a smiled as they walked past ! Not my worst or best visit!

Well with this making 5 vehicles in a years time. As I show up always greeted with smiles and handshakes. My normal salesman was in Las Vegas for a Chevy thing so I worked with someone new. Very kind especially Gio in Merced, took care of all needed to be done, apologized for how long it took. 9am to 4:30 pm but they were busy and it was done.

The sales people were amazing at helping me get a car for my son and then I came back and purchased a car for my daughter who is in college and needed a small gas saver.

My experience was great until we were told our new truck doesn't come with a complete paperback 0wners Manual, without this Manual how do you expect new owners to learn about there new truck, i think this is all B.S..,every vehicle i have ever owned has always had a complete owners Manual, there are alot new owners that are not computer savvy..I think chevrolet or merced chevrolet should get a complete owners Manual and send to us..this information was not told to us when we were buying this diesel truck, so yes iam very unhappy about not having a owners Manual that explains all about my new chevrolet truck...Joanne and Robert Kennedy.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and co-operative when I took my truck in for 10K service. At checkout, the clerk asked if I had asked for a veteran’s discount (I am a Viet Nam veteran) when I checked in. I forgot. The clerk went to the manager and gave me the discount! The price was right, the service was excellent; what more is there to say?

I took my truck in for an oil change and they gave it back to me with the tire pressure light on, saying that a sensor was broken, but everything was fine when I dropped it off that morning

I came to Merced Chevrolet already knowing exactly what I wanted. So dealing with Eric was easy and stress free

Average, about the same length of time as always to buy a vehicle. Finance manager that I worked with was below average. Told me I would be emailed paperwork if I wanted. Had me input my email, no paperwork, just obnoxious emails before 7am to complete surveys.

Another smooth oil change by the professionals ar Merced Chevrolet

I brought my truck in for its first oil change service only to discover that the time I picked (12 noon) all the service techs went to lunch so I had to sit around for an hour in a half waiting for my truck to be serviced. Can someone look into the scheduling system and resolve that issue?

I was very happy with Trinidad’s service. He explained everything in detail on how the vehicle operated and set some features for us. Very happy with the price. They even took extra money off the sale price.

I was surprised to learn the appointment I made on line was not transmitted to the dealership. This caused a much longer wait potential. I would expect this glitch to be fixed. Fortunately, Jacob Bueno, service advisor, took care of me right away with no time lost. He was 5 star. The overall experience was not.

I bought a new 2026 Traverse High Country. The day we picked it up it had a rattle we pointed out to the sales associate. It was dropped off to the service Dept for a fix. Service said it was corrected, but it wasn't, noise continued. Dropped it off a 2nd time for the same issue and it was resolved. The transmission was now experiencing what I describe as a slip, or studder while driving steady speed, on flat freeway. I even put it into cruise control to make sure it wasn't my driving habits. No problems found by the service department; the vehicle was returned to us. The problem persisted and we dropped it off a 2nd time for the same issue. I took a tech for a ride, and it did happen while he was with me, but he was talking at the time and he missed it, it slipped 3 times in quick succession during that ride. I counted it out loud as it happened. It didn't replicate the rest of the drive, so the vehicle was returned to us again. This new 2026 has about 350 miles on it currently. The Service writer Jacob talked to my wife and upset her when he told her the service department couldn't drive her car to replicate the issue. We just bought this SUV for a family trip to Disneyland next week and are concerned we will get stranded on Interstate 5 (grapevine). Jacob's response, " You have OnStar." We went into the dealership to talk to the General manager, and it was again driven trying to replicate the slipping. They advised it would not replicate; the vehicle was returned to us again. The Traverse now has about 500 miles on it and just skipped again yesterday on a trip to Fresno (50 miles away). At this point, my wife wants nothing to do with this Traverse and wants her 2023 Honda Accord she traded for the Traverse, back in her possession. It doesn't have the space, but its reliable. I shared my concerns about all the recent reliability / longevity issues with GM vehicles with my salesperson before we bought it. I rolled the dice and loss. Josh and the GM were both friendly and attentive, but that doesn't correct the transmission issue. That's the only factor keeping my rating at a 3 star, when it should be a 1 star.

Service manager, Jacob, was great. Problem with AC was not solved, truck AC malfunctioned when Jacob started it. Technician said there is nothing wrong, even though the AC blows hot air.

Very prompt. I brought the car in at 7:30 AM and they finished the service by 9 AM. That is very helpful to have the service done so fast.

Taking my Chevy Malibu there was the best thing you guys figured out what was going on with my car and ordered the part, yes it took a while for the part to come in but I was given updates from Jacob on how everything was going. The next day after getting my car back the battery died, after getting it jumped I took it back and Jacob installed a new battery and had me on my way before I was seriously late for work can't asked for anything better than that Thank you Jacob.
